Akufo-Addo eulogises KABA

President of the republic of Ghana, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo
The President, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has described the late Kwadwo Asare Baffour Acheampong (KABA) as one of the ‘excellent journalists’ in the country.
The President, posted on his Twitter handle: "Shocked by the news of ’s death. Undoubtedly one of the most talented journalists of his generation. Condolences to his wife, family and Multimedia. "

KABA until his sudden death, was the host of popular late afternoon political talk show, Ekosii Sen on Asempa 94.7 FM.
He was married to Valentina Ofori Afriyie who is also a broadcaster with Accra-based Class FM, having worked many years with Radio Gold and Spirit Fm in Kumasi.
He left behind a daughter.

Ghana Association of Arizona(GAA) The 2nd Annual Kente Dinner Dance was hosted in Arizona on Saturday, November 4th 2017 by Ghana Association of Arizona (GAA). The purpose of this event was to raise funds to support Ghana Association Adopted children Intellectual Disabilities at Dzorwulu Special School in Ghana. The Theme for the event was: Wrap with Pride and Support A Good Cause. The occasion was full of Ghana culture and hence involved a lot of Ghana Traditional Activities. This created the 'show off' of the famous traditional cloth in Ghana called Kente. In fact there was different types and styles of Kente at the event. These  numerous attractions drew a lot of Personalities into the show. There was also Guest Speakers: M.D, Dr. Owusu Dormery and Peter Okra,PHD.They talked about educational system in America and health and how as much as everyone can try to stay Cancer free. I'll return the 'fire' - Ebony accepts Countryman Songo's request

Dancehall artiste, Ebony Reigns Budding Dance hall artiste, Priscilla Opoku-Kwarteng popularly known as Ebony Reigns has accepted the challenge thrown to her by Countryman Songo to ‘fire’ her. The “Sponsor” hit maker in an interview with myjoyonline.com indicated that she had accepted the “Fire man’s” request and was going to be at the Mamba Bash in Kumasi to wait on the Sports journalist to do as he said. She revealed that she was ready to “Sponsor” the award-winning journalist only if he would show up for the event which was going to take place inside The Baba Yara Sports Stadium in Kumasi on November 10.
