Shatta Wale   An event organizer is of the view that self-acclaimed Dancehall King Shatta Wale shouldn’t be paid the amount he charges per show because his fans are only able to pay 5gh as gate fee to watch him perform. Kojo Preko Nyarko who was the event organizer for Shatta Wale’s show in Kwahu which attracted a little over 31 people revealed that from what he experienced after the flopped Kwahu event, has now come to realize Shatta Wale’s fans are mostly JHS, SHS and those on the street who do not have money to pay huge amount of money as gate fees. Shatta Wale It is emerging that managers of a Ghanaian Events Company in Norway have threatened to sue Ghana’s dancehall King, Shatta Wale for a breach of contract. According to a report put up by Ghanacreativearts.com, 5K Productions is suing the dancehall artiste for causing financial loss to their company. Reports say the company entered an agreement with the musician to perform in Sweden as part of his Europe tour in October but for some strange reasons, Shatta Wale cancelled the show at the eleventh hour without any proper explanations to organizers. “As part of Shatta Wale’s European tour, he was supposed to perform in Sweden which we invested by paying him, booking the venue for the show, publicity and other expenses in connection with the performance”, a source close to the company is quoted to have said.
